To get started, please leave your name, email, phone number, and a detailed description of the piece you’re envisioning. Be sure to include:
• Your preferred metal type (10K, 14K, 18K gold, platinum, or 925 sterling silver)
• Gold color preference, if applicable (yellow, rose, or white)
• The type of stones you’d like used (lab-grown diamonds, natural diamonds, moissanite, CZ, etc.)
• Any inspiration photos, reference photos, sketches, or screenshots of styles you like down below
• Any sizes, initials, logos, names, or special details you’d like included
Once we review your request, we’ll reach out within 1–3 business days to discuss the design in more detail and go over the next steps.
Custom design fees vary depending on the complexity and style of the piece being created. The design fee covers the creation of your custom CAD/wax model for approval before production begins. Once the design process has started, the design fee becomes non-refundable.
